had this Superocean for 5 months now. accumulated numerous dings on it. the most painful one next to the 30 on the bezel.

there's also a little dark smudge next to the number 1 on the dial. not sure how it got there..

aiming to get an SOH2 V2 but the price is putting me off. will it go down by year end?

From what factory is you're SO? I'm interested to buy one so curious where you got it from.

The SOH II V2 with Mesh is cheapest at Intime (408) or when you take wholesale price at Mr. TimeZone (not a TD here anymore) 358. http://www.mrtimezone.net/shop/brand...elet-a2824-v2/ I have quite good experience with MTZ but again, it's not a TD here anymore.

Maybe you can catch a Christmas deal at the end of the year but the watch is popular and often out of stock so the price will not be lowered I guess.

Avenger Blackbird 44 by GF. I was planning to drop in a gen powermatic80 as soon as the a2824 gave out. Now I can see that it might be for awhile until that happen because the a2824 is surprisingly robust.

That's a Skyland Avenger Blacksteel limited edition. Even the rep has a limited serial number. I think the model is already 10 years old. (I have a similar one.)
