No, unfortunately not. The bits are smaller.
Here is the nail tool bit next to a Dremel bit. Dremel on the right

But the nail tool comes with a huge box of different bits.

Looks like a nice unit .....do you know the price (roughly)

I have been milling from below to shave tachys with a standard lathe. But I like the tool Chris has discovered. For me the important thing is a perfect circle and no interference with the tachy print. The biggest problem is however heat build up, and working at slower speeds certainly makes alot of sense to prevent delamination through heat.

What do you think about my tachy? Should I shave more? It's a ride on the razor blade because I don't wont shave to much from the printing

I do not like eating into the tachy print at all, even if it means a conservative shave. The print is rather crucial for the appearance of the watch.

Agree with slaught. I've noticed some uneven tachys where the shaving was only done beside the DW, enhancing the gap illusion. Some have even eaten into the tachy prints, which honestly makes it look quite ugly.

Ok it's done.
Noob RC with shaved tachy and hour hand.

I guess the hour hand needs a bit more, but it was just the first dry.
