Looks like a 1 year wait list there. Would love to eat game bird at H&F, in season of course, and after a proper 12-day hanging time in the barn, LOL. How does H&F compare to the The Fat Duck?

Never eaten at TFD, its now something like £200 a head for the tasting menu... I have eaten at "Dinner" by Heston though. That was very good. I would also love to eat at the Ramsay flagship in Chelsea but again the wait list is 6 months +.
Best places I have been to in the U.K. would be The Clove Club and The Greenhouse, both in London. I lived in Paris for a year. Good eating was easy there!

I finally joined the club -- these these are so much prettier in person than pictures. This is my first profsteve crystal too, and they are truly amazing. The only question now is if to get another 15400 (SS w/ blue dial), or go with a ROO?

Its a JF. I just have really small wrists. It's the reason why i dont own the any 44mm ROO's despite the fact that i absolutely love them.
