I picked up a Rose Gold on black leather strap 15400 TF factory on Friday. I think this combo is the ultimate dress watch AP can offer in my opinion. I also ordered Guru's 2X AR crystal, and in contact with a strap maker to change the strap to genuine leather. Believe me, you won't go wrong with Rose Gold.
The 918 is one of the best hypercars I have ever driven. That pic was taken while I was in Germany doing a full day test drive on that baby. t's a great car but for the price of such cars having 918 pieces made is quite much. for such cars you see all other hypercar maufacturers having much smaller numbers of production. look at Pagani, and Koenigsegg, and even Ferrari with the LaFerrari. no idea why Porsche decided to make 918 pieces of a car when you start putting in options, it hits the $1,000,000 mark. I think it's way too many pieces made, and will effect the investment value.
It is a pity your associate took his 918 to the dungeons, this car is built to be driven, I feel bad for the ones that get hooked up to the trickle charger as soon as they come out of the factory.

Love this. Beautiful. And I do think I'll have to pick up one for that top dog business look, though I think SS will work better for me. I don't really do rose gold, though I do like the LBJ.

Totally understand. I have plenty of steel watches, and I own also the LBJ, that is with a modder right now to install the 2X AR crystal, and realign the tachometer.
This is my third rose gold, after an LBJ (which is technically two tone) and PP Aquanaut SW200. honestly, I realized that the rose gold is very complementing on my skin tone. believe it or not, less popping than SS!! but still can't take the decision to go full rose gold as of yet. all my watches have only rose gold on the case.
My advice, try one, you might also be surprised on how it would look in person on your wrist
I have both. The RG is perfect for those fancy dinners (in fact just wore mine out for a dinner party at swanky place in Beverly Hills tonight).
The SS is perfect for every day wear.

I definitely will. I'll be picking up an LBJ later this year. My skin tone seems similar to your's so hopefully I will find the same...... Who knows where that might lead me

I will post this picture of my new MH as a part excuse to ask where the heck I can get a replacement screw for the strap endlink which has fallen out. The other 3 were very loose with another about to drop.

Lol, I still might be yet. My missus has a rose gold ring, and that's literally all I've got to size up against. The colour doesn't suit me. But you never know. When the LBJ comes, maybe I'll be an RG convert
Haha fair enough B, I too was a gold hater but I tried Schumi RG and RG Richard Mille and I can finally declare I am a convert. I do wear my Plat RB2 most of the times but RG are just so beautiful to wear for special occasions. Good luck with your LBJ adventure and let us know how you feel. ;-)
