Yup you're spot on there. Bought this one just to try and I guess it's gotta go soon then.. Lol I do like how it sits on the wrist though feels a lot better than some other 42s on deployment
For the avoidance of doubt , this is my one and only Gen watch in my collection.
I was horrified and shocked when one of my Swiss colleagues came up to me and said :
" nice copy"
At first I thought he meant that it was a rep AP. I turned around and smiled at him and asked what he meant.
He continued " that's a nice copy of a Hublot"
Then I was like " are you joking ? "
He continued and said " No, you know Hublot ? Their watches are 20k and above "
I went on to explain that AP was a Swiss brand and it was one of the largest 3 in Swiss watch making along PP and VC.
He still didn't know what I was talking about.
Us poor Asians just don't know watches and can't afford ....
I'm still shocked and quite pissed...
Few things get me so worked up and watches are one of them.
If you don't know your shit .. Just shut up..

Haha. Nothing new mate. I always get asked whether it's hublot whenever i wear my AP.
I dont mind it as I also have an RG Hublot BB and its a stunning watch as well, you also need to keep in mind that Hublot is plastered all over the place (at least in this region) so the porthole design is more associated with hublot rather than AP by the general public
