I was actually wondering about how you might have gone about meshing them together.
Anyhow, it is one of the very best looking AP I've ever seen!
Geez... if it's that hard I'm sure your FC montoya will be the one and only! :-DThanks, Imacknockov made 10 of these Montoya FC cases back in the day. Some of the headaches: 1.) modifying the FC case so that it can take the Noob parts perfectly, 2.) transferring the crown tube, 3.) refinishing the bezel (took 6 hours, as the bezel looks very bad under the FC inlay) 4.) fitting the Seiko crystal I used to replace the rep crystal. Fitting other replacement parts, etc.. I disliked the stock rep FC bezel inlay very much, but might transfer it to a CAD file so that i can 3D print another one. The real breakthrough came with using the bare refinished bezel, silver on silver, etc.
Geez... if it's that hard I'm sure your FC montoya will be the one and only! :-D
Please do post pictures of it more often so at least we can drool over it. ;-)
