I have yet to see an inner bezel perfectly aligned with all the markers..bothers me a lot

It used to be perfectly aligned but was slightly off after I swapped it for a new inner more saturated diving scale. Maybe is just needs to be shifted within the metallic ring that holds it. It's not really something I paid much attention to.

35 and 45 are not. I tell you my friend those perfectly aligned all over are unicorns

It's also just the angle of the perspective point. The rotating diving scale sit at different heights so it can look more misaligned that it really is.
Take this gen for example:
Might be me being stupid here but can you not simply swap the top link from the opposite end of the strap?
