How is the quality compared to JF 15400 if you had experience with both?

I don't have the 15400 so can't compare, sorry. Only thing I can say that it's very good for a watch that costs $150.
In comparison with my 15300 it's actually very good, I mean dial, case finishing, bracelet etc.
