Sirens of any shade, I fell in love instantly with a performer at a jazz festival. There were two acts performing simultaneously and I just so happened to stroll up to the Gazebo where this raven haired beauty was singing in Portuguese. I was drawn by her song and walked fairly close to the stage mesmerized. I swear she watched me approach, locked eyes, and sang to me the remainder of that song. Never felt that feeling again. Wish I knew who the heck she was.

Found the lineup! Been looking for years, still don't know who she is however. But check out the lineup; Monty Alexander, Kevin Eubanks, Maceo Parker, Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, Chick Corea, Tito Puente with Eddie Palmieri, Spyro Gyra, Rachelle Ferrel, Chuck Berry, Bossa Brazil with John Lee, Duduka Da Fonseca, The Barry Harris Trio, The Duke's Men, Charnette Moffett Trio, Little Buster. Not bad for price of one admizsion. BTW Tito Puente was the best performance I.have ever seen. And Rachelle Farrell brohght the house down.
