Hmmm Blancpain's range is nice and wide with their most popular models being the Fifty Fathoms, Bathyscape, Villeret, Air Command.
Since there's a good Fifty Fathoms and Bathyscape and Villeret replica, and you're not that much of a dress watch guy... also knowing your preference for chronographs, I'm guessing the 38mm Air Command or the Blancpain Bathyscape chronograph?

It was this or the Heuer CS3110 but I haven’t found a good condition one yet

Is it one of the vintage Blancpain Leman's Flyback from like the late 1990s?
The Heuer CS3110 is really nice, it's one of my chronos I've been looking at gen but i do agree the price is a little high for what it is, and often you'll see alot of polished out lugs, hard to find one in really immaculate condition, all the Japanese ones always seem to have polished out lugs
