I wore a day-date into an AD once, I don't think it was a good idea because at the time I didn't know much about that particular watch. Other than that, I usually go in wearing a Seiko and when they pull out rolexes they think I'm ready to buy. I think they do a good job though. I noticed that most places can't tell that my 4th generation PO is a replica so I'm guessing I can wear one of those in an AD and wouldn't get called out either.

I think I mentioned this once in another post, but I wore my fakey Omega Planet Ocean into a AD a few weeks ago. Once the salesman seen it I got the best service I've ever had in a retail store.
