Could be the language barrier but my joke refers to WWII. Most people consider it slightly more important than WWI. Unless you consider occupation by the allies and surrender to the allies in September 1943 as a win then I guess you could. Although I’d say that Japan and Germany did much better work with Marshall plan recovery. I mean for about the same amount of gift money look how well Germany has done versus Italy.

Glad it got sorted to the buyers satisfaction, although the fact that the buyer has been left significantly out of pocket is a worry. On this resolution, there is nothing to stop any seller putting a load of junk into a package, sending it, and then offering a 50% refund when it is identified. Easy money.

Personal view, and I get it is not worth much as I have no skin in this game, is that the buyer should have had a 100% refund, and if the seller genuinely insists that there has been fraud from the postal company, then they need to open a claim with them.

Trust is everything in this game, and this sellers reputation is in tatters because of how he dealt with this. Would never purchase from him.

Postal claim in an International shipping overseas?but where you live?on Mars?the buyer lost 50%,true,but i lost 50%,watch and shipping Costs. I think the better solution is not send overseas with ordinary post,but Only with express courier,with insurance .but it is more expensive. So better solution is sell Only in eu or Only in conus,depend where buyer and seller lives. If i am dishonest,i buy m2m,wait shipment and says to mod i find a banana in pack. This is the problem. I am very apologize for the situation and for foxwilde,because i am sure he is honest,but there is always the risk to find dishonest users,expecially users stay on forum from little time
