His business premises is broken into on December 18, 2022, a few days before Christmas. He claims 150,000 euros worth of watches and watch parts were stolen from a drawer in a desk below the window where the 'thieves' broke in.
This was posted on his FB page on January 26 2022, in Jordan.

Just for clarity I received my watch from nickwatchstore, my experience was positive with this Nick.
But everyone needs to do their own due diligence when buying any watch from anybody.
is NickZ and nickwatchstore the same guy? was thinking about using the websites services as well...

I will later today create a new tread where all the victims can come together, so we can go the legal way and create a class action lawsuit again Nikz 19.
I have already contacted my lawyer whom has ties to a Italien law company who can run the lawsuit in Italy.

I'm very open to the idea of getting an Italian lawyer and sue him properly. Maxbe @buzzi77 is the man for the job?

I've started a thread for you here in his review section, which should get the maximum amount of attention as many of his victims have posted there and will receive notifications.

@Donnaildk , you have initiated this legal action but you won't be able to edit or tidy up the thread, PM me if you need any help to keep that thread clear of posts that shouldn't be there or just to organise posts in a more coherent manner - there are many victims so you need to plan what your first post in that thread will be.
You want as many victims to come forward as possible, giving the only info you need from them without clogging up the thread with irrelevant posts. Personal info from victims - victims names, addresses etc should be given to you in PM, not posted in the thread itself.

Unfortunately, I regret how the situation with @Nikz19 (Nicholas Fabris) has developed.

On June 17, 2024, I placed an order with him for the following work:
- Omega De Ville Prestige, Orbis with A2892 movement → Movement service (€180)
- OP 114300 with Prof 2xAR crystal and SH3135 movement → Movement service (€260), polishing of bracelet and case (€100), reattachment of the dial, and removal of dust particles under the glass
- TC V7x 16610LN → Movement service & repair of the date wheel, which no longer “snaps into place” (€160)
- RUMOE with Seiko NH35 movement → Movement service, case polishing, and removal of light scratches from the glass (€150)
(Plus €150 for insured DHL return shipping, total cost of €1000)

Like many other customers (in terms of communication issues, etc.), I had a similar experience with him, although I was eventually fortunate enough to receive my watches back on September 18, 2024, despite the initially stated ETA of “around 15 working days from delivery.”

Unfortunately, I was not entirely satisfied with the service. The bracelet and case of the OP 114300 were not polished, and the dial was very poorly reattached. I contacted him to point this out and asked for a detailed breakdown of the work that was actually done, but I never received a reply.

Additionally, a problem has now emerged with the TC V7x 16610LN: the second hand continues to move even when the crown is fully pulled out. It only stops when the crown is turned to move the hour hand.

It now seems I will be stuck with these problems, as the 12-month warranty issued by TimeGarage/Nicholas (warranty card dated 26/06/24) is apparently worthless.

I’m certainly glad I checked this forum before sending my watches to him again – it likely saved me a lot of money and headaches.

What do you think: Should I also contribute to the ongoing legal action thread about Nicholas, even though I didn’t suffer major damages compared to others? (Apart from the polishing service that was paid for but not delivered, and the fact that, based on the so-called warranty, the movement should now require another service?)

(Here the initial images after receiving the 114300 (imo not (if any) polishing done and poorly attached dial))

The group legal action will be limited to property he has not returned and money he has stolen from people - recovering this won't be easy. Claims against poor workmanship would unfortunately be too complicated pursue and unlikely to result in a positive outcome.

Totally makes sense – just frustrating about the paid but unfinished work and the useless warranty.
Hope everyone eventually gets their money, watches, or parts back.

Holy sh..! I think it’s him but now he received watch at this Parcel. The PayPal mail is his name

Yes, he gave that address to ship to, the parcel was shipped to there and he collected the parcel. It's just a collection point for Amazon, Fedex etc - his workshop is apparently closed (probably hasn't paid the rent) and he obviously doesn't want to give you his home address because he's scamming you.

Gentlemen
before making a collective action and spending money at the Justice of the Peace or in Court, it is necessary to issue a warning to comply with which the same results can be obtained with a much lower outlay of expenses
In Italy there is also mandatory mediation, they are a set of measures to avoid clogging the courts for small cases
I got a result
If you want and if you want the moderators, you establish a cost for a warning to fulfill regardless of the sums you have to get.
I am available only and exclusively if the moderators accept.
I don't earn with warnings for me they are just a waste of time, but Nikz does not deserve to enjoy other people's money

Thank you for the information, but it would be better if you post this type of information here:

Also you should communicate with @Donnaildk. You have experience with Italian law, he is in contact with his lawyer, who is in contact with a law firm in Italy. If you work together you will achieve better results.

That would be a good solution
