Just for clarity I received my watch from nickwatchstore, my experience was positive with this Nick.Is Nikz19 and nickwatchstore the same person?
I hope not as I recently ordered a watch from nickwatchstore
But everyone needs to do their own due diligence when buying any watch from anybody.
I just found out that I was scammed by this guy.
He was listed as a trusted repairer on the reptimeservices Reddit
I contacted him at the beginning of May 2025 to have the movement of my rolex explorer replaced and also to change the crystal of the watch for a gen one.
320 eur sent by PayPal
He gave me 10 days to do the work.
I followed up twice by email and once via Reddit's private messaging system.
Obviously no more replies. I have his name + address and a record of our exchanges
He was listed as a trusted repairer on the reptimeservices Reddit

Maybe you're not using the correct correspondance address. If you want be sure that you have his full attention you need to use the right address:

That's a Fedex drop off point, it's where he's having the parcels shipped to, they have nothing to do with Nicholas Fabris and his scams.

He received legal notices from me, he paid, he promised that he would pay his debts (which I never believed) but I did not believe that he continued to scam members of rwi.
Disgusting in person
He did a job on my watch a year ago, and it was perfect. Then last month I asked again. And no, I didn’t even think to go on these site for a read up, because he had been perfect before. But now he has my watch, the gen bezel I bought through him and my money.

I'm not sure 150 euros will be enough - it's not like all the guy has to do is turn up at the thief's door and ask nicely.
I've posted it several times already in this thread.
I really don't understand why the victims of this thieving piece of shit do not group together, find a lawyer in Italy and get back everything he's stolen from you.
If you think he was ever honest you are wrong. His previous job was fixing household electrical goods, he became a self-anointed watchmaker when he realised how much money he could steal from people. He lied from the beginning, he lies so much that he actually believes all that he says.
His story about the break-in at his business premises was only that - a story. The 'break in' happened just before Christmas, in January he was taking a luxury trip down the Nile with his wife.
If someone steals from me I make sure I get back what belongs to me, but apparently this is unusual behaviour.
I am glad to read common sense, the legal way being EUROPE is the best, it is not the only one but it is the rational one.
Other options are not realistic, going for something that no longer exists makes no sense, Nikz19 has ‘melted’ it all, all is all. He is a poor man playing at being rich, simple!
Organize yourselves, make a group and sue legally, denounce the paypal account, denounce the bank account if there is one... but MOVE!
