I live in Italy
In any way this action is not correct from him. It´s his own problem if he runs out of money and not the problem of the people who send him watches for repair. If he is in struggle it would be correct to not accept any watches and let the people left in this situiation.I told him that there are many people who are looking for him on rwi and who want the money.
He says he will return the money to everyone.
I told him that if he had an economic problem it is better to say it immediately and maybe say "guys I have problems I can't return the money, I'll organize myself give me some time"
Instead of acting like this
I had to fight for 200 €. I know it's a few euros but it's his behavior that made me angry
Call him at all hours on his personal number, stress him out, threaten legal action.
If he would act with kindness and don´t play like he is King Kong with a fake BMW M8 it would be another Situation, maybe not so explosive.
We're way past the possibility of him playing the pity card. He already tried that and most probably lied, for months. You cannot believe a single word coming from his mouth. 200€, it was easy for him to appease you, there's at least one single member that lost >40k worth of property. Only one. Think of all the people who got scammed here.He says he will return the money to everyone.

Nikz19 plays in a Gen World and that this reps are worth nothing for him
!!!!! QUINDI QUESTO STRONZO NON MERITA ALCUNA PIETÀ IN NESSUNA FORMA!!!!!
Oh my GodWe're way past the possibility of him playing the pity card. He already tried that and most probably lied, for months. I subscribe to everything you said except this. For those members who are geographically close to NikZ in Italy, and who have lost their property, I can only echo the sentiment of the initial brigging post: perhaps a "friendly visit" is in order.
You are absolutely right, and I appreciate you setting the record straight. I definitely don't want to condone or suggest any violent behaviors whatsoever.I subscribe to everything you said except this.
RWI does not endorse or condone any act suggested by the euphemistic term "friendly visit". We suggested legal action. For the record.
Of course nobody condones this, for the record.I subscribe to everything you said except this.

Let me say this, and it's the last I'll speak of anyone getting scammed. If it gets me brigged or banned, so be it.Emotional - vindictiveness will not put money back into the pockets of the victims.
As I have seen in other recent cases on RWI: many will have paid by paypal, the first thing is to report their account to get it blocked, if someone paid by wire transfer issue fraud report and that maybe one day they will get their account blocked.
The idea is to legally corner this scammer... damaging his vehicle or other acts will not make the money come back, I understand that emotions sometimes "confuse" us but the guy is Italian and in the EU fraud reports can get you in serious trouble.

You've got to get up pretty early in the morning to get one over on me. My wife on the other hand...
A few years ago she got baby fever and wanted a puppy. Did all of her due diligence, and zero hour came...no puppy. After a few hours, we realized there wasn't going to be one. When I started digging, it was the classic FB scam.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you I'm a bad mfer...but I do get Christmas cards from them every year. I'm not Liam Neilson, but I do have certain skills and resources. Within 2 hours, I knew the identity of the scammer...where she lived, where she worked, what she drove, etc etc. Within the hour, I was at her aunt's house 45 minutes away telling her that her niece had 24 hours, or I would be at her house in Denver.
24 hours later I was in Denver. 10 hours after that $1000 dollars was back in our pockets. Yes, there were threats. Yes, there was intimidation. Some illegal, some legal, but the end justified the means. And, for some people, they just don't believe that fat meat is greasy...that is until you show them better than you can tell them.
We've all learned that RWI will do everything up to an extent. The rest is up to you. Are you just going to be a bitch and be a keyboard warrior, lay down and take it in the ass expecting the community to do something, or are you going to do what you need to do to be made whole as much as can be expected?
Spare me the illegal counterfeit argument...cops don't need to know that. You had a watch/money/parts that got stolen...that's all they need to know.
Why am I so jaded? Because years ago I devoted a solid week or better to take down a very well known scammer. And after this mfer was ripe for the picking, said members all laid down like bitches, the lot of them, and let him slip away unscathed. Sorta...I made sure he couldn't renew or advance his professional certifications for at least 5 years. From a law enforcement standpoint, the rest of the aggrieved just laid down like little bitches. I said what I said.
Bottom line: Nobody is going to make anyone give you your stuff or money back if they aren't willing to in the first place. Unless you're willing to take the proverbial bull by the costangas, just shut up. Because nobody else is going to do it for you.
So bitch or beast, that's your choice. As for me and those I love and care for, I will go full Harambe.
I said what I said. Love, peace, and bacon grease to you all.
Let me put this in another way, sir...Sir, sorry to disagree, the cases don't look alike...we're talking about 50K or +.... who knows…
Anyway, if the victims of this damn narcissist think they should go there.. let them tell us if they quickly get their money back.
This case is about bureaucracy, complaints, patience... there are not going to be quick things because the money "doesn't exist", @Nikz19 spent it all trying to cover his insecurities
