I told him that there are many people who are looking for him on rwi and who want the money.
He says he will return the money to everyone.
I told him that if he had an economic problem it is better to say it immediately and maybe say "guys I have problems I can't return the money, I'll organize myself give me some time"
Instead of acting like this
I had to fight for 200 €. I know it's a few euros but it's his behavior that made me angry
Call him at all hours on his personal number, stress him out, threaten legal action.

In any way this action is not correct from him. It´s his own problem if he runs out of money and not the problem of the people who send him watches for repair. If he is in struggle it would be correct to not accept any watches and let the people left in this situiation.

I know 3 People where he acted exact the same , he gets loud and uses hard words to show how cool he is. If he would act with kindness and don´t play like he is King Kong with a fake BMW M8 it would be another Situation, maybe not so explosive.

I remember a sentence from him where he told a friend of mine that he as Nikz19 plays in a Gen World and that this reps are worth nothing for him.

If you use those words to downgrade your customer for your own fault only because the guy claims something logical like a watch that has problems after his service with his guarantee, no this guy will stay a piece of Shit for me.

Scam people with wrong Crystals and so much more not done work on watches he charged a lot of money for is undisputable an EVIL INTENTION from him.

In South Italy this kind of scamming litle Guy would not have been able to pull off such actions with fraud this for sure !

!!!!! SO THIS ASSHOLE DESERVES NO MERCY IN ANY FORM !!!!!

We're way past the possibility of him playing the pity card. He already tried that and most probably lied, for months. You cannot believe a single word coming from his mouth. 200€, it was easy for him to appease you, there's at least one single member that lost >40k worth of property. Only one. Think of all the people who got scammed here.

Molto male

It's truly disheartening to read the official post regarding NikZ's brigging, especially considering his reputation as one of the few go-to watchmakers and modders in our community. To see someone who was once held in such high regard end up in this situation, behaving in such a deceitful manner, is profoundly sad.

I, too, had previously considered him for a service on one of my pieces. While I never went through with it, my initial experience was quite telling. The quote I received was indeed on the higher side, and the response time was incredibly slow, often taking days, if not longer, to get a simple reply. There was also, as the initial post mentioned, a certain aloofness or arrogance even at the inquiry stage. In hindsight, I'm immensely grateful that I decided to look elsewhere.

Reading about the 'SOVED' pattern – the isolated complaints, the ghosting, the excuses ranging from sick relatives to personal hospitalizations – it's chillingly familiar. The "label created" tracking numbers and the outright denial of receiving property are particularly infuriating and speak volumes about the level of deception involved. To think that we're talking about "5-digit amounts" of members' property and services owed is just gut-wrenching.

My heart truly goes out to everyone who has been impacted by this. It's not just about the money or the watches, but the trust that's been broken and the frustration of dealing with continuous lies and evasion. The RWI's decision to brig him and issue the "DO NOT TRADE WITH ME" badge from December 19th is, unfortunately, a necessary one. Their advice for legal action is, sadly, the only realistic path forward for those affected post-December 19th.

For those members who are geographically close to NikZ in Italy, and who have lost their property, I can only echo the sentiment of the initial brigging post: perhaps a "friendly visit" is in order. Sometimes, direct interaction can yield results when all other avenues have failed.

It's a truly sad day for the community when someone perceived as a pillar turns out to be anything but. I sincerely hope that those who have been wronged find some form of recourse.

I subscribe to everything you said except this.
RWI does not endorse or condone any act suggested by the euphemistic term "friendly visit". We suggested legal action. For the record.

You are absolutely right, and I appreciate you setting the record straight. I definitely don't want to condone or suggest any violent behaviors whatsoever.

My thought process for the "friendly visit" was perhaps ill-phrased, but it stemmed from the fact that he does have a physical shop.

Regarding legal actions, suing is certainly the proper and official route. However, cross-border legal cases are incredibly challenging and often not a realistic recourse for many, especially when you factor in the complexities of dealing with replica watches. It's a sad reality that NikZ is likely well aware of these limitations.

My apologies if my previous comment inadvertently went against community guidelines. The frustration felt by victims must be immense, but the community's integrity and safety must always come first.

Of course nobody condones this, for the record.

I speak for me though when I say if you have the means, go get your money by any means necessary. As we've seen, nobody here is gonna get it for you, and nobody will run to the gendarmerie.

Beyond that, it's all just words on a screen and rats in cages. And pardon me if my grumpy old man is showing.

It is right that rwi does not incite violent behavior.
But for those who are in Italy like me, I prefer to take a plane, get there, make a mark on his fake m8 with damage of € 1,000. I know it's bad to say but I would have done it.
I acted with my law firm and I got my measly €200. It is not about the figure but about the mockery.
Of course if the figure had been higher Nicholas Fabris would have seen me Personally. Not to beat him because otherwise he will go through criminal problems, but to get him to withdraw the money arm in arm with me.
The legal actions that I have taken and have not paid because it is my job, are about 600 €. Those who have to have low sums and live outside Italy it is almost impossible to recover the sums. But if we all do nothing, he will live on your money. Unpunished. Those in Europe can assert their rights. You can go to a lawyer in your country. I can act as an intermediary in Italy. You pay your lawyer. It's not a business proposition for me. I don't need to. But I cry thinking
Who must have sums of $40,000!!! Must pay

Emotional - vindictiveness will not put money back into the pockets of the victims.

As I have seen in other recent cases on RWI: many will have paid by paypal, the first thing is to report their account to get it blocked, if someone paid by wire transfer issue fraud report and that maybe one day they will get their account blocked.

The idea is to legally corner this scammer... damaging his vehicle or other acts will not make the money come back, I understand that emotions sometimes "confuse" us but the guy is Italian and in the EU fraud reports can get you in serious trouble.

Let me say this, and it's the last I'll speak of anyone getting scammed. If it gets me brigged or banned, so be it.

You've got to get up pretty early in the morning to get one over on me. My wife on the other hand...

A few years ago she got baby fever and wanted a puppy. Did all of her due diligence, and zero hour came...no puppy. After a few hours, we realized there wasn't going to be one. When I started digging, it was the classic FB scam.

I'm not going to sit here and tell you I'm a bad mfer...but I do get Christmas cards from them every year. I'm not Liam Neilson, but I do have certain skills and resources. Within 2 hours, I knew the identity of the scammer...where she lived, where she worked, what she drove, etc etc. Within the hour, I was at her aunt's house 45 minutes away telling her that her niece had 24 hours, or I would be at her house in Denver.

24 hours later I was in Denver. 10 hours after that $1000 dollars was back in our pockets. Yes, there were threats. Yes, there was intimidation. Some illegal, some legal, but the end justified the means. And, for some people, they just don't believe that fat meat is greasy...that is until you show them better than you can tell them.

We've all learned that RWI will do everything up to an extent. The rest is up to you. Are you just going to be a bitch and be a keyboard warrior, lay down and take it in the ass expecting the community to do something, or are you going to do what you need to do to be made whole as much as can be expected?

Spare me the illegal counterfeit argument...cops don't need to know that. You had a watch/money/parts that got stolen...that's all they need to know.

Why am I so jaded? Because years ago I devoted a solid week or better to take down a very well known scammer. And after this mfer was ripe for the picking, said members all laid down like bitches, the lot of them, and let him slip away unscathed. Sorta...I made sure he couldn't renew or advance his professional certifications for at least 5 years. From a law enforcement standpoint, the rest of the aggrieved just laid down like little bitches. I said what I said.

Bottom line: Nobody is going to make anyone give you your stuff or money back if they aren't willing to in the first place. Unless you're willing to take the proverbial bull by the costangas, just shut up. Because nobody else is going to do it for you.

So bitch or beast, that's your choice. As for me and those I love and care for, I will go full Harambe.

I said what I said. Love, peace, and bacon grease to you all.

Sir, sorry to disagree, the cases don't look alike...we're talking about 50K or +.... who knows…

Anyway, if the victims of this damn narcissist think they should go there.. let them tell us if they quickly get their money back.

This case is about bureaucracy, complaints, patience... there are not going to be quick things because the money "doesn't exist", @Nikz19 spent it all trying to cover his insecurities

Let me put this in another way, sir...

You take my money or you take my merchandise, I'm coming after your ass...and I don't give a fuck what the amount is. Damn apples, oranges, semantics, or bureaucracy, I'm coming after them and hell will be coming with me.

Alles klar?

sorry who are?
words still cannot express my disappointment that this is still going on.

@Nikz19 - YOU owe the people money, sell one of your gens, your "supercar/s" and give back people what they deserve, what they paid for. they laid their trust on you whilst on the other hand, were leading them with your personal issues and delays. frankly, i do not care if Nickswatchstore is you. wipe your slate clean with these individuals involved and never return to RWI again.
