No. At least not based on the evidence presented here. As I said, in dubio pro reo, the benefit of the doubt goes to nickwatchstore. Knowing each other doesn’t automatically make someone a co-conspirator, unless new evidence suggests otherwise.

I'm not accusing, I'm talking about Nikz19 accusing some colleague of stealing, which doesn't really have to be true. Note the first post in this thread, how many excuses he came up with.
Either way, it doesn't absolve him of responsibility. If he had been in touch with at least the administration, he wouldn't have had to be sought out and information about those he socialises with, works with or is friends with wouldn't have been leaked. It's unlikely that these people will be pleased to know that their photos are being discussed because their friend is a scammer or dishonestly conducts his business
If that's all the case and true, why do we have this shitshow here?! Shouldn't it have been easy to clear up the misunderstanding of two identities a lot more early?! (Or just the opposite.)

Same person. Right side edge of the table, there's a mark on the wall behind it. In the same spot in both pics.I can't prove anything but take a look at these photos:
The first one is a capture from nickwatchstore and the second one is the QC pic he sent me 2 years ago with my Daytona inside the machine. I really can't prove anything but the background the machine, they do look alike, right?
Take this with a grain of salt. People need solid evidence to accuse somebody, but don't need that much to prevent themselves to fall into a scam.

Does anyone else think the timing of this is odd? Not a word from Nikz for months until this “nickwatchstore” is brought up. Nikz has proven that he doesn’t care about other people, at all, but I’m sure he does care about, and wants to protect, any other revenue stream he has.
Those bubbles on the film and wall marks don’t look identical by mistake. The machine is the same one and in the exact same place. My educated guess is that these two people are one and the same.

I can't say it's the same person - I don't have the opportunity to check it. But that it's the same machine , I'm absolutely sure! The bubbles and scratches on the protective film are absolutely identical in both photos. I work with crocodile skins, I can tell from the pattern on a small strap from which part of the hide the pieces of leather for the strap are cut. I can, years after the strap was made, recognise it in a photo.
All of you watch enthusiasts have developed an attention to fine detail, I have observed this over the years of being on the forums. Who can say that these are different machines ?
And now I have an absolutely reasonable question. . How can two different people, 300 kilometres away from each other, use the same equipment?
I wouldn't even give another craftsman my serging knife, let alone a more sophisticated tool or equipment ! And you ?

As for me, I’ve addressed everything I’ve found so far — including that mark on the wall, which I previously referred to as “dirt” in earlier posts, and I stop here.
That said, if you’re planning to “bundle” these issues/people together, in my opinion, you’ll need something more substantial than just a mark on the wall or bubbles on the machine.

I recently needed to sharpen my work tools. My knives are made of very strong metal. You need professional equipment to sharpen them. I found a tool sharpening workshop on Instagram. The master in the video was a redhead. When I arrived at this workshop, I was greeted by another man and took an order..... The workshop is small, there are two or three people working there.....
A while back, I worked in an atelier. In a small team there were two women with the same name. To avoid confusion, we called the older one by her full name, and the younger one by her short form name.... Why am I telling you all this?
It's quite possible that they are two different people with the same name..... it's possible...we don't know....
It's also quite possible that they work in the same room and use the same equipment...quite possible. We don't know for sure.
But, there are people here who can check. I'm sure they are working hard to figure it out
Tbh, I didn't believed for a moment that this 2 had any relation, my only thought is that he just used Nikz for a modding-waterproofing job.

I did go down a deep rabbit hole of comparing their hands using multiple pictures. They don't match.
I'm sure different people...but they could be working closely together on these watches that Nickswatchstore sells.
