Copyright and trademark issue. If its an homage he cant be using the Panerai trademarked logo/name. And of course if it was listed as genuine it would be counterfeit.

In general I don't give a F what anyone does on Ebay but when someone crosses the line of trying to rip off members of rep boards then they belong here. So welcome aboard jackass.

I noticed his listings also mention spare Rolex parts, lmao, of course no direct listing for the parts. I suppose hes hoping for a backkdoor Ebay sale.
