Unfortunately scammers use verious methods like themselves or a family member is ill, someone passed away, etc. No guarantee, but the scenario feels off....he's ill and has a "friend" helping him with some online sale. Next the "friend' will have run off with the watch. Look at some of the other threads here and see how they unfold. Always, poor me, I had blank happen...take mercy I will make it right....then crickets until someone reaches out to them through other channels. Even then some poeple don't give a shit and perpetuate things. I am sorry this happened to you. This is definately not the norm. How did you fund the purchase?

Having a patek was a dream I had since childhood, of course original I can't have it.
When I saw that Farre was selling the one built by legend I saw an opportunity to have one in my life and I took out a small bank loan as I didn't have 2000 euros to spare.
Farre seemed very kind to me, above all because having bought it from Legend it would have made no sense to cheat me, Legend has the complete data of Farre, it would be stupid to cheat someone who knows who you are and where you live... over the last few days I have been in touch with this phantom friend and I have asked him in every way to at least send me the watch, he has always said yes in reality, but only when I close the report for fraud that I have opened with revolout.
I paid him from revolout and not hearing from him I opened a fraud alert enclosing all the messages exchanged with him, revolout blocked his bank account with 43,000 euros in it, he sent me a screen of the account, and he keeps telling me that he'll send me the watch only when they unblock his account, which I hope won't happen... at least until I get the money... in reality he didn't even block me on whatsapp, if anyone want I give they the number of Farre… or if @mrsullivan or @legend want to write at him for a deal I really thanks you.

you said in another forum (for online gamers) that you are a shareholder (30%) of a company that has an annual turnover of 300,000,000 SEK (27.5 million euros).
if you are such a big player, it should be easy for you to return the few euros you have stolen so far.
as I see, you haven't logged in here for 2 days.
I would recommend that you report here (the next time you log in) before things get ugly for you.
you don't want your children to find out what a lousy fraudster their father is, do you?
your (real) employer in Stockholm would certainly not be happy to find out what a fraudster and thief works for him.
If you have read these lines, then clench your cheeks and get in touch here in the Brig, it is NEVER too late to do the right thing.

He hasn't logged on to RWI since Saturday afternoon, which means he apparently hasn't noticed how this case has developed so far (or what has become known so far).
Since you have his WhatsApp, you could send him a message with a reference to the Brig

It's a deflection technique used by scammers. It's purpose is to make a break in the chain of contact between you and him, farzad is "too ill from his accident" and "I can't be here all the time to reply for him" "he is very ill now, you will have to wait" He also wants you to feel sorry enough for him that you won't take any further action because of the "accident" What kind of person would aggressively seek their own money back that has been scammed from them from a severely injured person? I wouldn't, you wouldn't would you? Of course not. No decent person would. This is how these types get away with it. They rely on you being a good person, which you are.
There is no truth in this story.
@Farre1981 ship the watch, the watch is received and confirmed by @Vank94 to be the expected piece in the expected condition and the hold your accou t can be lifted. We won't contact your family and work and you can go back to living this life of yours.

You must NOT close the fraud report. If you do, he will simply move the money to a place where you cannot report him. You must also contact revolout to see if they have in fact cancelled his bank account. They may freeze his account with them but only the actual bank he has an account with, not revolout is in a position to do this. He is saying he has no access to his money, he is unable to pay you back. Once again, deflection from him and any fault in not repaying you. Even worse, he is saying that its actually your fault now he can't repay you.
He's done this before.

Thanks, I have little to no knowledge of Revolout. Didn't farzad send the notice that they had blocked the funds? and who would preload 43,000 euros on it unless it was for easy access or as a way to keep such a large amount outside the normal banking system? It just doesn't smell right to me.
Revolut has a registered Bank license.

Not doubting Revolout at all. Why would you have that amount in a preloaded system and not earning interest somewhere?Everything relating to the farzad character is a deception or an outright lie.

Which contains my name, my address, date of bird and everything !

They already have all the necessary information and know everything about him. The mods work isn’t always discussed openly, and much of it likely happens behind the scenes.
Right now, the best approach is to give it some time before reaching out to his workplace, family, or visiting his address. Its easier for him to repay the money and allow everyone to move on.
Easiest would be to live up to his end of the agreement. Send the watch.

OT, a few general words about buying replicas: don't spend more money than you can afford to lose! Even with the TD system, there's no 100% guarantee that you'll get what you paid for. Any TD could be shut down by the local authorities at any time. And then your money is gone forever.
