and sometimes the european addresses have the slash in them. Ive shipped a few times to addresses like that in europe
Dylan told me before he lived in Austria, but not originally from there AFAIK.
Me and him went toe to toe in the chatbox a few times,when he first joined he bombarded me with messages, didnt have a clue about watches but claimed to own 3 gen rolex, and a sneaker business. he's quite the little smartass I just always knew there was something off about him and I thought he talked out of him ass, he was always contradicting himself, I'm not one bit shocked by this. I can smell scammers and liars a mile mile off I've dealt with so many over the years.

You may be right there. This guy is interesting because that address in Austria looks to be pretty upmarket, and Beausoleil where he wanted the El Cheapo Sub shipped is a very expensive place to live - it's on the border with Monaco.

The watch actually sold was a vintage gold datejust on a 'leather' band, which he claimed had a gen bezel / dial or something like that, but he superglued the bezel on or some stupid sh*t.

The bezel, which should clearly move, was iron clad. I looked it up online to make sure I wasn't crazy that the 5512 had a rotating bezel, it did. So I decided to pop it off to see if there was some gunk that needed to be cleaned out, instead I found rubber cement. This dude had literally glued the bezel to the case so that it couldn't be inspected. He claimed this was normal and that only modern submariners had rotating bezels. Upon pulling it up, it was clear he had tried to superglue the shit out of the bezel to keep me from seeing that he had also glued the insert to the bezel so that it couldn't be separated. After hours of work, I got it apart and the back of the bezel looks nothing like any other 5512 bezel in existence so either this dude bought a one-of-a-kind bezel or it isn't gen like he promised and provided "proof" for.
So clearly not a Date-Just.

No. Per the post: "I was the member who purchased u/dylandcomparion's 5512 "Super-Franken" Custom Build last week." That's why he had to check to see if the bezel was supposed to turn.

i saw another person selling a franken on RepTime around the same time; I know Dylan took an order for 5512 but he also was selling a datejust/daydate or something like that for $550 shipped
