Weekend Wrist Check!

My brand new RXW PVD HUMMER! Man this baby is cool. It's based on the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak T3 case (with the trigger guards), Self-illuminating tritium gas hour markers/hands, 3 bands, carbon fiber dial, titianium alloy case, double-AR sapphire crystal, and comes in a decommissioned ammo case as a watch box! Plus the PVD makes the watch look BLACK. I mean BLACK HOLE on your wrist BLACK. lol. Swiss ETA quartz chrono movement (cool flyback on the reset, and a 1/10th second dial, I've never seen one of those before).

It took me awhile to find one but I finally tracked it down this past week. Does it count as a rep? It does in part at least because of it's copying of the AP T3 look (down to the octagonal bezel).

Sorry for the shaky picture, I just took it with my wife's camera as my SLR's media card is MIA.

Maybe I'll post the photos of feeding the feral piglets .. but I also had a Panny binge on, showing off my new MP's from E - XII's, check the patina - and still early days. Also , the MP8 continues to evolve from pink to tan ... all these shots taken today, not re-runs :wink:

The case came that way, special ordered through a friend who happens to know a rep parts guy!

moved on to another watch this afternoon!

029 with the 2892 in it! Another one that had dust in it and I cleaned it out this morning so it will get some wrist time!

Vintage Waltham with gold numbers on the dial and blue hands (lovely dark blue, not possible to see in the picture). It was supposedly made in 1931 and works just fine I've actually had it on since last weekend.

This is, probably, my fav - it's simple and elegant. I have even swum w/ it. I need to update the shot as the MP8 has aged w/ a honey hue. Thanks to enzo and DSN this is a beaut!

I think that CJ - courtesy of enzo's fine effort, has the best one of these.
