start with IMG in brackets. followed directly by the image location on the internet (http....jpg). and ending with /IMG in brackets. no spaces.

In your case, you were trying to use a web location that did not end in "jpg", and had other junk in it, like "=".... don't use any of that. Just the location of the image itself. Your image location is http://lh6.ggpht.com/mngarcia/SJ4eTy9UZ ... MG2021.JPG , so put IMG in brackets before that, and /IMG in brackets after it... and it shall appear
