Rare WE Wristie: Invicta Pro Diver
A rare weekend post. The last day of Invicta week, wearing this beautiful blue-and-gold Pro Diver (Model #8928, coin-edged bezel), picked up from -- you guessed it, ShopNBC on their extended payment plan. Yes, this too, has been mistaken for the Rolex version (esp. in an "exclusive club" on board one of the cruises I was on: several men w/ cigars pointed at the watch and gave me the thumbs up). Well-made, good lume, solid time-keeper, very comfy on the wrist; all-in-all, an excellent watch. Very satisifed with it but don't wear it too often because of my preference for my Rolex reps of this (Funny, isn't it, my Rolex reps of THIS Invicta; usually, it's the other way around). dave:

I shall agree... (just don´t mind the date on the Sub, as I was doing a photoshoot and changed it to 28 to look more pleasant to the eye)
