It's Monday, folks; start of a new week of wristies!! For today, two watches -- a Parnis Breit. Navitimer homage I reconditioned, and another one of my part time gym watches, an Omega SeaMaster Chrono, on a heavy but supple rubber strap. Both I picked up from mates on RWI, I believe. The Parnis was cleaned up & new shoes (courtesy of Panatime) were added. The Omega's original bezel insert fell off and was lost at the gym, so a replacement was found on the 'Bay; problem is, it wouldn't snap onto the bezel, so I glued it on w/ Locktite. dave:

It's Tuesday, gang, a kinda "two-fer Tuesday" an area radio station uses as a tag for Tuesdays (ROCK 107). Todays see the appearance of the new blue Rolex Milgauss, picked up from the ever reliable WackoBirdKeeper (a USA TD); also, I've included a pic of another part-time gym watch: an Invicta Chronograph (Model 5383) that's supposed to house a Swiss built quartz movement; however, when I replaced the battery a while ago & looked at the movement, I didn't see any evidence that it was "Swiss built/Swiss made." It DOES house a micro-stepper movement on the chronograph's seconds hand, and it IS one of decent watches Invicta does make. dave:
