The main point is: Do yuou have a waterproof tester?

If not, do not waterproof your watch, because you do not know if it is waterproofed.

Be careful...

the only way to tell if your watch is water proof or not is to get it pressure tested.
Even if other people's watch is waterproof doesnt mean yours will be. This is the problem with rep watches, the qualities arent even.

Best bringing it to a local watch smith for a quick test.
