This topic pops up almost every week, so I am going to post now some pictures of some realy good replicas for woman. People which know me know, that I own a lot of watches and sometimes I need to buy a new one for my wife which makes life much easier.

During my Rolex hype I got a nice MBW Explorer I. This watch has ETA movement and is now about 6 years old. It has scratches on the bracelet and looks like a Rolex which was worn every day.

After my Rolex Time came my Panerai time, at the peack I owned 9 PAM's, so I had to get 2 for my wife. Both are the 40mm PAM's and got modded with lume by vaccum.

During my vacation in Thailand 3 years ago we picked up a very cheap Cartier with quartz movement, my wife loves it and she got a ot of complements for that watch. There is no difference to the Gen.

I am also taking my wife with me playing Golf on the weekend, so the Tiger Woods Tag was a must......

2 years ago, my second trip to Thailand and a visit at the famous MBW store, I bought hear a Patek. The watch has an Eta movement and MBW quality.

Since this time my wife was very happy with her collection, I always could buy a watch every month, not so my wife. She would go for shoes.

Begining of this year I got hear a Channel J12, also a very nice watch you get for the money. All black ceramic and very comfy to wear. This is the version for 198 USD with all Ceramic bracelet. The quality is as good as the more expensive version. I got the quartz model, also availabe with ETA

Until.....mh.....We went to Basel. I love the HBB's and spent 1 hour on the HBB booth, my wife tried on the woman HBB and all she said was, what a beautiful watch.
She wanted one, but I am not going to buy a 20 000 USD watch for here, sorry..., no way.....I would do so if I would have the cash, need to say this :skeptical:

This was the one she tried on

Then 2 month ago the ladies HBB came out and 2 days later it was ordered. Took me 2 seconds to confince here to get a new watch.
From all watches she has, this is the best. Comes with Swiss quartz.
By the way, woman or girls want quartz, just the opposide of what we want.

Here are some pics...

First, I just want to take the opportunity to show my appreciation for this community. Within less than a year, I went from knowing essentially nothing about reps to owning several and learning something new about this amazing world on a daily basis.

About a month ago, based on the feedback from this thread, I purchased a couple nice reps for my lady; a rose gold Royal Oak and this all steel Date Just. She absolutely loves both.

Earlier this week, I got the call from one of our ADs that her dream gen is available and we can pick it up. A Rolex Date Just 31mm, yellow gold two tone jubilee, diamond set, diamond bezel, black MOP. Obviously I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get her the dream watch. The surprise was planned perfectly and she was ecstatic. Upon returning home, we were putting our watches away into the safe and just for fun compared the rep and the gen.

Obviously there are some subtle differences between the two watches, but we were blown away just how close the rep was to the gen based on our own personal preferences. The biggest problem I have with rep Rolex is finding anything remotely close to the the appropriate shade of PM, but other than that, it was an amazing comparison between the two. (selfish plug for leads on who can do Rolex gold platting for me or what the best factory for PM)

I think the point of this post is just to point out the simple appreciation with how awesome these reps have become. We have agreed to downsize our gen collection to just one or two favorites for each of us and then "play" with all the reps we want. The opportunity cost of what we can do with $23k for the gen vs ~$500 for a rep is just non rational for us.

Thank you all for the exposure and what a fun hobby this has blossomed into. Cheers!

Another somewhat underrated and overlooked Ladies watch is the Jaeger Le-Coultre Rendez-Vous, a real classic

Hey together,

I am also researching a lot about lady watches the past weeks and had several talks to my lady. She is really into more classic watches like Cartier Panthere for example. Does anyone of you own a Panthere and has a recommendation for the best model that is very close to gen? I just heard that shortening the cracelet is a bit more difficult with Panthere but could not find a lot of threads discussing different rep models of this watch.

Looks like GF and BVF are the recommended ones, but nothing on the 22mm. I would also be interested if others have made this purchase... pics and such. Especially the two tone.

I will say that my ladies absolute favorite thus far has been the AP Royal Oak Rose Gold 33mm quartz. Truly came out as an amazing product and she loves that she doesn't have to mess with the settings when rotating. Highly recommend it.

The Chanel J12 is my next target, but I am still hoping someone on here will recommend factory. Not much info on the ones that make this watch.

Love this thread. Let's keep it going, my friends. Thank you.

Trying to bring this back into the discussion if it's allowed. I just dont know these factories that make them and the last thing I want to do is waste the money on ceramic. Appreciate you all.

Yeah I heard the same. Nevertheless it seems like not a lot of people bought one. At least I could not find a proper review of a Cartier Panthere for ladies so far.
Did you ever came across a review?
