I am a noob and have lurked, searched and read hundreds, possibly thousands of post over the past six months trying to absorb as much information possible. I placed my first order with Lay at replicamake.com based on all the reviews I read about his service and was pleased to find out they were all true. Lay was very patent and answered all my noob questions and put up with changes I made to the order.
I like that he sends photos and videos of the actual watches you will receive before shipping them. If you read and watch the videos he has on his website he does not just videotape the watches he adjust the timing if it is off and the video shows the end results of how accurate the watch is. He also seals and tests all watches over $150.00 to 30 meters for free. I believe I made a nice selection to start my collection from Lay and I also have a BK noob black submariner on order. After my experience with these two sellers, I see no reason to purchase watches from anyone else. In fact after I receive this order I plan on placing anther order for a Panerai 236 Daylight, Mont Blanc Timewalker and his and hers Cartier Santos from Lay.
I know this sounds like an advertisement, but it is a testimonial because I am not affiliated with Lay in any way and he did not solicit me to do this. I just wanted to relate my experience with a trusted seller of this forum because it was reviews like this that helped me decide who to buy from.
