I have soon to be delivered a Submariner 126610LN 41mm SS/SS Black Dial VSF VS3235

What are people’s experiences with watch winders? Are they useful on replicas and do they maintain life? Any help would be greatly appreciated

We will gladly help, but please allow some time for PM responses as we have lifes outside of RWI!

I think they're for convenience only. If you have a lot of auto watches and rotate them regularly or have something like a perpetual calendar that is a gigantic pain to set up if it runs down then they might be worth it. Otherwise I think they're a waste of money.

Hi buddy @nutty72

Welcome to the RWI Forums & Community.

For a Rolex Submariner, I think there is no need to get a watchwinder at all. Just pick up the watch and wind up via the crown whenever you need to wear it. It will do just fine.

Mostly Perpetual Calendars need them because if the watch stops moving, there are a lot of adjustments to do. lol

However if you have the money to splurge, you can always get a cheap one for USD60-70 (Single winder)

Have fun.
