Hi I dropped a rep I have and seems it’s damaged the crown as it is permanently stuck out and will not screw back down, looking for someone in the UK who could provide a repair and service if possible.

Sorry to hear, and hopefully an easy fix.

Full list below:

And others may have different service options, but I availed of ado213's services and couldnt be happier.

You're lucky to have an option in the UK, still trying to source an Irish equivalent, but you guys are only across the pond, so not too difficult ;)

Hope you get sorted.

thanks so much for the quick reply much appreciated ????????

Very welcome Sir,

Definitely worth a PM to him to touch base and see what he thinks.

Just be aware that the watchsmiths on here are very very busy, so to manage your expectations a little, it definitley won't be a 1-hour fastfix repair job ;)

Hopefully you have it back on your wrist soon

I’ve been through a few and would say if you’re london based and want a small, super quick repair, Bond Street Watch Surgery is a good, local, open late option.

Two to avoid is Steve Pickford and Rolie (Neil). Had terrible experiences with both of them!

Hi mate, do you mind if I ask about your experience with Steve.

@ado213 is the man! My son has met him personally and he’s a very talented and helpful (and patient!) guy. Prices are very reasonable too.

I repeat another members comment, it can be a relatively long wait. On the flip side, you know the watchmaker is good as they have lots of other customers.

Hey,

My experience was really poor. Damaged my watch and didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Seems to have built up a cult following after putting a lot of posts on FB that allude to an expertise that is non-existent in reality.

If you’re in the U.K., the best guy out for price, service, speed and reliability is @Solution6
