You probably need to check the position of the stickers on the cooling fans in your PC. They might be impeding airflow and slowing the forum down. Or if you're browsing on a mobile, the exhaust plenums could be blocked. You can clean them by immersing the phone in warm water for 15 minutes.

Mate, you also forgot to mention about the dust settled under the stickers which could dissipate some air resistance causing further slowdown of his browser ...
