Working on cars equals oil, fluids and all the good stuff. Stay away from any leather bracelet. A sapphire crystal is a must for it to endure the knocks. Stainless steel comes to mind for ease of cleaning. My mechanic never takes his Rolex or Omegas off his wrist. Not a scratch or gouge on them, even when he 'slips' a wrench. Choose a rugged 24/7 watch !! Good luck !!
