What a bunch a bafoons.... So last week I ordered some parts from them. I paid for second day shipping and received a padded envelope with a set of the WRONG hands. One of the hands was bent. I also had an acrylic 127 crystal in this order that was received cracked.
I call them up and they say they will send out the correct hand set and a new crystal. I also order a few more parts. Again I pay for 2nd day shipping.
Today I receive another set of the exact same hands (WRONG) and the wrong crystal.
I call to ask WTF and they tell me that they do not and never have had the correct hand set (rolex style with lume dot on second hand) and that the woman who said they did was new...
I tell them that I just yesterday placed an order for 5 cyrstals and 3 inserts with Clark and received all of the correct items TODAY. They simply dont care and tell me that if I want to return the items (even the wrong ones) I must do so at my expense and their will be a restocking fee.
FORK THAN NONSENSE... Calling the credit card company to file a dispute.
And these guys have been around forever with a fairly decent reputation among watch makers. I understand problems can occur, but when they do it should not be to job of the customer to take care of them.
