I'm still giving the benefice of the doubt here as I know for a fact that health problem can make you a man you don't wanna be. A plausible comment from him would go a long way. A refund would be best as I'm pretty sure that if the watch turns up on on DVNEs doorstep in the future, he would gladly send the funds back.

These kind of situation puts a dark cloud over m2m deal. That's a shame.
