I have successfully sold over 38 watches here on RWI alone and purchased about 20 and I have never had any issue like this with any seller.
I shouldn't have trusted a VIP member with only feedback from 5 people. The red flag was he only accepted Paypal gift.
On May 14th, I messaged ANDREW OAKLEY showing interest in purchasing a genuine Tudor that he posted here in the M2M gen section:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/222460-Rolex-Tudor-7991-0-UK
He said he had a buyer lined up and that he hasn't received payment. He said he would give him an hour or so and if he has not received payment, then it was mines and he would give me his paypal information.
He told me he would send it international track and it would be in my hands 5-7 days. He messaged me 2.5 hours later and I promptly sent payment. Little did I know that that was the last I would have seen of my hard earned money.
The next day he told me the watch had shipped and he gave me a tracking number. I left it at that and was patient knowing that UK to CONUS shipping was sometimes slow.
(5/21/15) 6 days later I contacted him via PM and told him that there was no movement at all with the tracking number he gave me.
He replied:
"Hi, no it isn't normal, but I also sell on Ebay and there have been lots of complaints on the ebay boards about Royal Mail tracking not being updated, so I wouldn't worry about it, it wiill be with you any day now. Royal mail are becoming more and more incompetent these days.
This is basically where the lies and excuses began.
(5/26/15) another 5 days later he messaged me and said:
"I have spoken to Royal Mail. The lady I spoke to couldn't give me any more information as was available on the tracking site. However she has raised a query on the package and will contact me once she hears anything. She also told me that international mail is not deemed lost until 25 business days have passed.
"Damn, I was hoping no news was good news. The other member received the Raymond Weil watch yesterday. And I posted that a week after yours. The only thing we can do for now is wait the 25 business days and hope it shows up in the mean time. If not I will have to put in a claim for loss, but I have to wait the 25 business days before I can do that unfortunately."
Basically he gave me the run around blaming Royal Mail and FedEx. The 25th day mark passed and I asked him if he filed a claim. Almost one month later:
I didn't hear a peep from him between those days... Then I started messaging him and even sent him a direct link to filing a claim. I couldn't file any claim as the recipient because I didn't have any info on the parcel.
He replied to me on 7/3/15 and this is the last time I ever heard from him.
"Sorry for being absent over the last few days, I have had a bit of a situation. OK, firstly the claim form you linked to is not the correct one. It is the Royal Mail International service that I used, not parcelforce. I will dig the receipt out and upload you a copy later on today. The problem I have now is that Royal mail won't accept a claim because they say they never had the package, as the system shows it never left the PO. The PO I used are saying that they don't have it and Royal Mail must have collected it and screwed up with the scanning. So I am in a catch 22 situation. The only thing I can do now is write to the Post Office and RM head offices and see what comes of that.
I have been quite ill recently and have only just been discharged from Hospital after being kicked in the stomach by my wifes horse, which tore my liver and punctured my bladder. So I am running at 50% lol. I will get on this though and will keep you updated of any progress.
Regards
Andy"
Of course I never got the receipt or anything from him...
He has logged into RWI every single day since I paid him. This scum bag probably sold the watch to someone else and collected payment from both of us.
I filed a help ticket and TB is on it. Andrew has ignored both of our emails as well (mines and TB's). I just hope this piece of shit cancer gets removed from our community and gets exposed.
Karma is a motherf***er...

I marked the customs form as watch returned from repair like we discussed.
Fingers crossed it will still turn up yet. It has my return details on the back, so if there was a problem with the address it would come back to me."
(5/29/15) he messaged me:"Damn, I was hoping no news was good news. The other member received the Raymond Weil watch yesterday. And I posted that a week after yours. "I have had no luck with Royal Mail or with the Post Office. The next step is an insurance claim, which I will do first thing Monday morning. I know you have been patient and I appreciate it. I have never been in this situation before despite many many transactions on various platforms. So it has been a learning curve for me. I will update you the minute I have any news.
