My Spin story:
In April of 2014 I sent Spin $800 to build me a gold/black dial 6263. As usual, he said the build would take a month. Haha yeah right. I'd done my research going in, and I knew all the stories. The risk was worth it for me because before the cartels came out with gold Daytonas, he was the only way to get one. It's my grail watch, and no pain no gain, so I took the plunge. The usual excuses everyone's familiar with ensued, weeks became months, and months turned into a year. The main excuse was DW screwing him out of parts. Apparently Spin had everything but the dial and hands. He says he can put another dial in with the case set he already has. I say fine, not expecting anything. Then over a year after initial payment, this shows up on my doorstep, running perfectly and beautifully built:
Gold Albino?? Whatever. I know I was lucky to get anything out of it. Promptly sold it for a $200 loss and washed my hands. Good luck OP - I lived your agony for over a year. This game is a bitch sometimes.
