This is the 4th watch i purchased from Ryan at InTime Watch. I had tried to ship the watch back for repair and US Custom had flagged me and returned the watch. I contacted Ryan and had asked him to just ship me a new watch and ofcourse he refused to do so. Only option he gave me was to take it to a watch repair shop and will credit me $25 or try to ship it back to China for repair. Im NOT going to keep spending shipping and risk US Customs confiscate my watch. I already spent thousands of dollars with Ryan from InTime Watch & this is how they treat a frequent buyer customer. I will never buy a watch from TD InTime Watch again. I can not believe they will NOT own up to shipping me a damaged watch.

I've been buying from Ryan since he became a TD and never had an issue. But then again I understand that I'm buying a fake Chinese watch . He has no control of what happens with it once it leaves their hands. OP should probably stick to getting watches out of bubble gum machines.

Completely unacceptable. He should have shipped you 2 new watches as an apology for inconveniencing you.
