Waiting first rep from Toro Bravo (JF explorer): customs issue

First Purchase from ToroBravo: Due to shipment to "difficult" country (Italy) I chose Toro for his triangulation service. Unfortunately I've experienced some custom issues and I didn't receive yet my watch
Toro answered very quickly to all my questions (even if very briefly) regarding my JF explorer I. Here some recap of my experience so far:

26-feb Payment via WU Done
11-mar QC pics received and approved
14-mar Received DHL tracking from TORO
16-mar Shipment picked up
19-mar Processed for clearance in EU
21-mar Clearance event (custom issue)
21-mar Item returned to shipper

So Far I'm waiting the item been collected to make it re-send by Toro.

Item re-shipped on 19th april (almost 1 month later) and successfully delivered on 24th. Watch works great, the process has been a little bit slow.
