Yes agree but now he saying its the same watch so have no idea what I will up with?

If I were you I'd ask for canceling the order and find a different TD who takes at least 2 seconds deciding which watch to take. If they keep saying that's the exact same watch then there is something fishy.

Hi All
got my QC pictures. First one the pearl was off centre on left. Get second QC on right and being told its the same watch with new bezel.
Just doesn't look like it to me and would they mod a watch anyway?

Thoughts?

Possibly just what the factory told them. Doesn't make sense for the factory to just change the bezel though. Maybe enough are getting rejected that they are getting a new batch of bezels made... I would look for scratches/scuffs from bezel removal.

Now it's getting complicated. They tell me that all watches have those engraving.

Quote: "maker do it like this...no need to change it to another one ..all like that..
no buyer complain this..

if no ok...change it to other kind...thank you..."

Really? Could somebody post a picture of his 42mm silver marker watch.

This is annoying. I was just about buy this as my first rep in over a year and they go and get the engraving wrong.

Is this affecting 42mm, 45.5mm or both?
Only silver numerals or orange numerals also?

I came late to the party!! After reading all the 46 pages I'm looking for a CRPO VSF 42mm silver numerals with the 8500 clone movement.

I also consider buying defective watches or broken or with the wrong AU750 engraving on the back. ;)

Hey guys!
I've been reading forum for almost 2 years and didn't have much to say until now.
I decided to buy my first serious rep after all those good reviews but I need your help with QC pics. I think the pearl looks a bit misaligned to the left. Bezel seems to be not centered on the right side. Or it's just an angle? What do you think? Should I ask for another watch or take it as a close enough rep?

I'd say that looks pretty good. Seems like the bezel maybe need rotating another click?

Thought I'd test the power reserve on my VSF and so gave it a good wind (about 70 winds) and left it. It ran for 61 hours without being touched. Given the power reserve of the genuine model I'm pretty happy with that. :)

Asked about more close up photos and rejected the watch in the end. I could live with the pearl being a bit misaligned but the Omega logo looks crooked.
There's also something weird on the left side of the pearl triangle. Looks like scratches or bad paint. Any ideas?

Yeah those closeups are much better than the original ones posted. I still think the bezel / logo is probably just the angle of the photo, but I'd have rejected it too based on the pearl triangle.

I agree. And did you notice if you zoom in, how badly the pearl is shaped, omg!

Looks fine to me, very very good actually. I would have accepted it. In fact, if it was the version with orange markers, I'd ask Angus to hold it for me. Good luck finding one that meets your needs.

I agree 100%, someone else will get a great rep of this particular watch. And someone will never be happy.

So you think those flaws are acceptable? Like I said, I'd accept the pearl being off center but what's about crooked logo and those scratches on the triangle?
I might get used to it or it might bothers me every time I look at my watch.
You've seen many good or bad reps and that's why I decided to post my concerns and get your opinion.
I know they are reps and probably will never look like gens but I'd like to have first rep which would make me to buy another one because I really like it not because next one could be better. I hope you know what I mean.
