Did you actually read the thread or even understand what people were talking about there? Until now all members who have received a watch with this movement have been more than satisfied with the accuracy and impressed by the power reserve. Don't spread false rumors if you don't know what you're talking about...

The movement has been out for several month now, and no one on the forums got any problems. I Think its a stable movement.

Which one do you fellas think is the one to go for first - the CrPO or Spectre? I kinda like the Spectre better, but I'm worried I'll get stuck with that flawed second hand and the wrong logo on the clasp..TDs don't seem to know what I want when I ask them if those flaws have been sorted..

Have you asked Sead at Supermirrors? He seems to have a good command of English and seemed to understand everything I said to him about the current issues with the LMPO when I asked him (lack of red seconds hand and WORLDPREMIERE issue). I’ve read the Spectre dial isn’t the best, but there’s one thing I’ve learned in rep world is you have to make a compromise somewhere. Even with the high end Rolex Sub reps!

I am very tempted by this one. Only holding back because of the wacky end links. They make the watch look really odd on the wrist.

I bought 50 plus watches from him so far, so we're pretty tight. But he said that he can't get the updated Spectre and VSF CrPOs in 42mm. I actually received QC pics of the Spectre, but all flaws were still present, so I canceled my order.

This means that the only TD who can get the updated Spectre is Trusty? Interesting...

I got my 42 mm CrPO from VSF today. It's really nice. But there are minor issues or flaws like the endlinks already mentioned in this thread so I use it on rubber instead.

Also the edge of bezel "coin edge" is little thicker than gen. The orange color looks metallic lacquered compared to the anodized orange on genuine. Also the dial print and Indexes differ a bit. The lume fil on other hand is perfect. Hands are clean and nice however they have hairline scratches from handling that's only visible when checking them under a microscope. The serial no. on case is on right place but rotated 180 degrees compared to the gen. And last the groves for opening the watch on case back is little rounded where the gen is a sharp 90 degre probably due the endmill diameter used in the manufacturing process . I will evaluate it a bit more and post pictures when I have time.

Over all it feels really solid and the flaws are very minor so there is no way of getting called out with it on the wrist. The most obvious tell is still the escapement of the movement visible trough the case back.

I thought I would post a pic of my 42mm gen for a comparison. It was originally the orange bezel, but I had omega swap it to a ceramic bezel. I love it better than orange as it’s more versatile. The orange numbers still make the watch pop.

The VSF rep looks really good, I can barely spot any flaws except for maybe very minor things like the shade of orange.

I originally had the orange comming but I changed it to the chrome numbers since everyone is talking about the orange numbers. If you look you can tell they are alot more bold and stick out on the rep

Is the shade of orange really that different? Are the orange numerals on the VSF bead blasted like gen or are they in fact more metallic / glossy?

I know the first picture shows your gen CrPO with the orange rubber band.

Question: Is it the VSF rep on the latter picture with the steel bracelet and bmw car? or is it gen CrPO with the steel bracelet?
