I've received the answer from different TDs that the VSF has closed and they've all been waiting for 15 days to open it. I'd just like to know where the watches that are currently being sold come from. GMF focussed on Vsf?

Luckily I catched two VSF from a local dealer (126334 white dial on jubilee and 126300 Blue dial on oyster) which he had still on stock. Not that I think that there will never be a VSF DJ41 in the market but I simply don’t wanna wait until things normalize.
Both watches are not my prefered choice because I was not able to select end links, dial color, bracelet etc and had to accept each of their flaws. Regardless, I will build two great Franken (one for my wife and one for myself). So I don’t really care about the current flaws as I will replace most of the parts anyway. The only parts I care is case and movement. That’s all

That's nice, but if the movement gives up the mind, you have to throw it away because VSF doesn't sell movement. Or you can take Franken with it. But in itself, this is almost the perfect date adjustment!
If you start Frankening the movement prepare your wallet...since gen balance and bridge are plug an play you might want to start with that...then you will notice the difference in finishing between the balance bridge and the other birdges and rotor...from this step you can very easy slip to the rabbit hole....

My TD told me that it is possible to order them again, he just didn’t know if anything changed regarding quality or how long it would take for QC

Andrew (trusty time) just sent an email stating VSF is returning to work. I’d recommend contacting your TD before placing an order however

One would assume the other models would follow, along with the rumored GMT. You have to consider what is their most sought after watch and figure they’d start production again with that model. To me I’d assume that is their submariner line based on the quality and popularity
