I just received my VSF 126610LN from Sead's EU stock. The parcel was ehre within two weeks despite Royal Mail logistics disruptions due to Covid19. Really a nice rep I gotta say. First of all, Sead's QC is great and he picked a nice one, everything is in its place and the movement started up fine out of the box without winding.
As I've seen before on VSF's Omega reps, the build quality is on a very high level. The bracelet feels very comfy without any oil treatment, clasp opens and closes with a solid click, bezel rotation sounds good. I'd say that the workmanship on the metal parts is easily on the level of the ARF SD43 I reviewed last year. The polished and brushed surfaces look great, also really close up. The dial is sharp, datewheel print has minor imperfections close up, not visible with the naked eye of course. The hands and markers are nicely polished, just a tiiiiny scratch visible at 10x magnification at 12 o'clock. The bezel marker/number paint is great and very evenly with no visible grinding marks. The bezel insert and datewheel are aligned, rehaut is rotated a liiiiittle to the right and the serial number is not 100% perfectly distributed between the minute markers. Still talking about macro level >10x magnification though. The SELs and SEL recess look good. The clasp is good, the brushing isn't executed in straight lines though. Here's some shots for your entertainment. Sorry for the smudges on the bezel, shouldn't eat fries while taking shots...
Thank you so much for your detailed review and all the fantastic pictures!!!
In these macro pics it seems that the insert of the pearl has some scratches and the corner of the 6 o clock indice seems to bee more bold on the right upper and lower side than on the left upper and lower side.
I guess thats just visible with a loupe or even in these macro pics and not with your eyes.
Just to get in impression how obvious is the the misalignrd last number of the serial on the rehaut just looking at the watch with the eyes (no loupe, macro etc.)
One mentioned this is already the second batch. Is it? What did vsf improve?
Hello, I need your help for a moment. I bought a first rep watch and I'm not sure if the QC pictures are good. Would you accept the watch as is? Or should I have more pictures sent to me? It was ordered from Ryan Intime.
Thank you very much.

I don’t think he needs to “Relax”, this is his thread with his photos, opinion, review and discussion around it. In all honestly it’s highly rude to come in and post your QC pictures expecting others to QC for you, beyond that wouldn’t it have been better etiquette to at least make your own post rather than hijack someone else’s if you had specific areas of your QC that you were concerned about (which you didn’t, you just asked for full QC which is against the forums rules).
Great pics!
What camera did you use to take those photos?YellowFin
Panasonic GX9 + Olympus 60mm Macro
Impressive, might have to put that on my wishing list
Would you be so kind as to edit your post and remove your QC pics please. As others have told you, not only is it a rude thread hijack, it’s also against the forum rules to solicit general comments on QC pics.Hello, I need your help for a moment. The important part is a macro lens with long focal length, almost any camera built after 2016 on the back will do the job.
I don't have any real camera knowledge to be honest, so that's good to know, might be able to get a cheaper camera and a higher quality lens then. Been wanting something to take great macro shots for a while now
