Postman woke me up very early this morning. For a good reason though
I'm surprised by how awesome the Carbotech feels. Can't explain really, but it has that high quality feel to it. The watch is a bit big for my current taste, but I think I can pull it off.
It's already at my watchsmith's. That rotor noise is a feckin' sonofabiyatch...He said that there's no problem a drop of Moebius can't solve There was also a speck of dust under the crystal, so that has to go to. Plus some grease on gaskets. Just a nice little spring cleaning
Your wish may come true sooner than you think..I'm not a man for one night only...I'll be gone in an hour or two, that's my motto ( courtesy of Rammstein )
She's back from the spa That piece of dust removed from under the crystal, gaskets lubed, movement oiled and regulated and what is most important - rotor completely silent. My watchsmith was impressed by the movement and the quality of finish on this rep. It feels like a proper high quality watch now.
