Probably, like many of those who wrote here, I checked most of the topics that raised this question, and nowhere, never was a specific answer given in MM.
Clone p.9000, with inscriptions in accordance with p.9010, has an individual design, and indeed has some details from 7750, but some are from miyota, and many are generally individual. Therefore, only those who, at least, independently served it, can say unequivocally.
I myself have never done this, but I SUPPOSE that even if the seats have a different diameter, then it does not differ very much, and an experienced master, if he does this operation, could adapt his hands, if necessary, this is not so difficult for someone who really has the skill of repairing watches.
Given that the cost of a new set of hands is not that great, I would buy and give it a try. If you do not do it yourself, then I think the likelihood of losing them is not great.
All I can help you objectively is a photo of the hands of a clone p.9000 from one old topic, on which it is impossible to know the size, but it is clear that it is similar.
