AND which PAMs are here?
as they (green/blue) are seemingly similar in size.

sorry, I wanted to do one post, but it slipped through.
(Using a Xiaomi Pad drives me crazy sometimes)

🫣😭🙏😊
That´s right!

I have the PAM1074 and the PAM382N in my shopping cart at a TD.
Just want to make sure I got the right (green dial) one, or if there might be a smaller (42 or a 44) one too.

Those would be my first PAMs.

I read the whole thread. promised 😵‍💫 just an information overflow.

😊🙏 Thank you.

On the pictures you can see the 382 and the blue 671, which are both 47mm. The 671 isn´t available any more. The 1074 is 42mm. There are no 44mm Submersibles in Bronze. Only six Bronze Submersible exist - this three, the 507 (a 382 with PR-complication), the 968 (47mm with brown dial and bezel) and the 907 which is a 382 with brown dial, that was only build one time for the opening of the Panerai Boutique in London 2011.

Thank you very much for the clear information. Very much appreciated.

So I will get the 1074 and the 382.
Just recently caught the Bonze bug.

I bought a deepsea helmet too. 😂

@JayBee0815 Thank you, sir.
🙏😊

Just realized that I don’t know how to independently change the date on 1074. First crown pull allows for a qucik hour adjustment and second for a “normal” time adjustmen. Where is the date adjustment?

You need to keep turning the hour hand around and around and around

I believe on a gen you could maybe go back to 9:00 then forward to 3 then back to 9, but I wouldn’t try that with a rep.

Wow, ok, thanks! Thought the movement is acting up or something.

Another thing, is it normal for this watch to leave blue-ish stains on the skin after wearing it for more than a few hours? Is that a bronzo thing? (never owned bronzo watch before).

The blue (or green) on skin has never happened to me on any bronze watch.
Might want to wear it a little less until you figure out if its an allergy or something.

If you sweat, or sometimes just skin moisture will transfer some of the patina from the case as the watch oxidizes..I get it on mine.

Yep. I have a fun bronze watch and when I play sports in it skin turns green. It's harmless if it's jewelery bronze.

Have a bronze Ring from a Buddhist temple. Very precious.
If I wear it, I get that blackish blueish around my finger.

So yesss, its a bronze thing.

I got Quality pics from the 1074 already, but had to ask them to recheck.
Seems like the bezel is kinda off, not really good aligned.
But I am not sure its a parallaxing effect mistake.

Just to confirm, this movement can indeed be serviced if required in the future right? Mine works great but just want to ease any anxiety.

Yes. But spare parts are basically impossible

It is difficult to find anyone to work on it and replacement movements are frustratingly difficult to source

Here is the leather I chose (link below). I gave specific instructions so it fit a 42mm Pam and opted for 10cm extra length on long (non-buckle) side. And only 5 holes. I drew everything out and love the result.

Custom ask:
5mm thick strap vs 4mm
8mm thick loops vs 5mm standard.
4mm space for buckle pin
tubes for my own bar (no spring bar need of course)
10mm extra length
Only 5 oval holes (2x4mm wide) in the middle of my wrist size.

If you don't instruct you will get standard thickness etc and buckle. Pams are thicker in many many places when it comes to straps.

Photos are before Prof crystal. I love the Prof Crystal on this watch and and will send my Pam Titanio Luna Rossa to Prof next. The VSF crystals had to much glare for me.

looks amazing!
