Anyone know what the textured-looking rubber strap is on PAMs site? I cant find it in the strap listings. Looks cool though (better than the standard strap).

I'm also searching for this one. Not successful until now, unfortunately.

It's called SPORTECH and comes in sizes for 26 and 24mm lugs, not found one for a 22mm lug for my 683.

The only difference between the strap above and one you can get on the site is that the stitching isn't boxed off.

I've got the 26mm version on the Wish List, will order once they're back in stock for my 1616

This is the strap we are looking for. It's boxed off. And it's a velcro for the 42mm Submersible. Not on the Panerai website though. I hope to track this down and buy one.

Also, would be great if VSF are working on a 973 and a 1305?

They have all the parts already to produce the 973.. Bezel from the 1055 and the rest from the 683..
For the 1305 the can use the 692 and then produce a black dial for it...
Then once that's done, a slight tweak to the dial and a bigger Ceramic insert bezel and you have the 1389..
All that will lead to my Credit Card taking a big hit!

Day 1 of getting my 960:



It actually took me a bit to find a strap combination that felt the most comfortable on my wrist. I tried the OEM rubber but it was too bulky. I tried a leather strap but it just still felt a little off. I tried some NATOs but they just didn't sit right on my wrist.

The best fit was actually this $9 black NATO with matte black hardware from Amazon with built in spring bars with the quick release levers built in:














These just fit better because they are like a strap without the whole sliding NATO over and under the springbars.

However, I do really like the color combination of this olive NATO with the watch:

With VSF having repped a similar strap with the 1118, hoping when (if) they release the 973 they also offer the above strap!
