Well you have a starting point. Problem is, will a service suffice to repair it? Will you find someone who's able to work on a clone movement like the A8900? If there's something to replace, you won't be able to find it.
In my view your best option is selling for parts.

Well, looking around in the parts section and also archived ones for PO's or similar watches:.
Case incl. bezel and crystal: 60-80$
Bracelet: 50-80$
Hands: 15$
I've also found a movement incl. DW, dial and hands altogether for 85$
Worth taking a walk in the WTB section, there may be people wanting to buy PO parts there.

throw it out and get a new one
here's the reality of it.. Cost you $371.. just getting it serviced will be at LEAST $200.. and that is my current going rate from my watchsmith for a complete movement service locally here in nyc..
see what i mean? just throw it and get a new one
at the end of the day
it's fake, at the prices these days.. it's just not worth fixing up unless you're heavily emotionally invested in it (OR if you find a place/person to service it cheaper)
