Hi all,

Got this VSF Omega Aqua Terra from Hont about 2 weeks ago and have been delaying the review. Overall, this looks great and everything seems to line up. Just one little concern (not sure if this is the issue with all rep ATs) is that the time changes way too early.... I notice that around 11PM EST it starts to slowly shift and then does so throughout 12AM or so. Is this a regular issue? It's been kind of driving me nuts (given that I am often with other watch enthusiastics around that hour)

Pictures below (and issue pictures at the very bottom). Let me know if you want any additional photos and I will take tmrw!

Time changing (actually starts at around 10;45PM or so I'd say)

Looks nice
look up the time change difference between a 2824 and a 2836. One is a really quick change and the other starts slow.

Ahhh gotcha, so it's normal on the 8900 to go through such movement? Since it is clicked in over time rather than a sudden flip if I am right? Sorry just an Omega noob but love the overall look and feel for this watch - can't go wrong with it at all haha. Definitely my new go-to, Panerai has its own place but this is just a beauty of its own

Off the top of my head I don’t know if that clone uses a 2824 or 2836 but sounds like it’s the 2824 and yah it’s normal. Although I imagine the gen flips quickly. I also came from Panerai before omegas, it’s addicting. Aqua terra isn’t a model I would have ever thought twice about, thankfully these reps mean we get to try out way more watches than most people. The AT is now one of my favs.

I agree! Looked into it a bit more and theres some more guidance on date flip here (I am sure you already know) - https://forum.replica-watch.info/fo...ew-8900-aqua-terra-master-chronometers/page43

Next one up would be probably the Seamaster for me - https://chazingtime08.co/brands/sea...st-edition-blue-ceramic-blue-dial-ss-bracelet. I got a 116610 from BK but I think the Seamaster has its own special spot. Looking forward that to next.

Have a great night :)

Hi Mr lemon waters

May I ask, did your vsf AT also come with a spare rubber strap included?
