Try oil.. if that doesn't work it must be a different bracelet than what they used before. Oil should transform it...

I had some success with olive oil but it washes off in a few days ( I wear watch in the shower). But it will give you an idea of how an oiling can transform a bracelet from feeling really cheap to feeling more gen. I’m still researching the best oil to use that will go the distance- a gen bracelet feels gen even once it’s been degreased.. I’d like to find a lubricant that lasts.
