Yeah, but I’ll still be upgrading the crystal, date wheel, crown, and hands with brand new gen parts.

The crystal is great, but still not as good as gen. The DW serif is off, and the hands could definitely use that gen-like shine. The crown and tube are just a must-have.

I thought only old V1 case had this issue. But I know the gasket always gives trouble on Clean GMTs.

if in your 10 franken (I will have built 50) you put the gen hands that have a "warm" color combined with the cold rep indexes in steel and you like them, continue like this. I would go crazy!

well, I've been reading these posts with great interest. Could not decide between the clean or VSF but I am leaning towards VSF.

Man these pictures looks awesome. For an out of the box GMT Pepsi that requires no mods its a very very good option.

At least there is no "major" flaws that could be seen from an arms length here.

Thanks for posting this man. That bezel action looks very very good in the videos. I think VSF have come up with a excellent rep if the bezel is like gen as well. Not much to improve on here imho.

The bezel action was one of the biggest issues over the years for these GMTs.
