Is the bezel engraved or did they finally get it right this time? I can't see it from these pics..
Well the 8500 and the 8800 are pretty different movement and actually in terms of functions the 8800 resembles more the 2824 than the 8500 (no jumping hour hand, but quick-set date)

VSF? It looks pretty impressive..
VSF, took by my Sony A7M2
kobe24 I think it would be great if VSF or at least their budget outlet XF would have a go on the "old" ceramic SMP 300m:

Waaaaay easier to rep and the bloody MKF doesn't understand the concept of a non-engraved bezel insert, so they would get all their business.
I'm sure they would make a killing in this watch! These new ones are..well..meh!
They need to leave some models for other makers. If they make this model, MKF and OMF Omega 300M will be dead.
That would be great, because they (MKF) are literally making fools of themselves and their customers with that engraved bezel. They're already at V3 and the damn thing is still completely wrong.
Yeah, agreed. But coming all the way to the V3 (MKF SMPC) and doing no improvement whatsoever and not adressing the most problematic flaw ( insert) is downright shameful! They're a bunch of cheeky bastards..
