Hi all, newbie here. I've posted this question in the newbie section but it was suggested that I post the question here in the Omega forum for better response.
I've been collecting watches for a while and just got into reps. I'm taking a real hard look at the VSF Aqua Terra 8500 and 8900 best edition super clones and wondering if anyone can share their experiences owning either one of these reps.
Mainly I am curious to know about the accuracy and reliability of these clone movement?
For accuracy, I'm not expecting same as the gen movement but are we talking about +/- 3-5 sec/day or are we more like the +/- 30 sec/day territory?
For reliability, I'm wondering if anyone had to take the movement in for repair within 1-2 years of owning the watch? What's the longest you went without having to take your super clone in for a service?
And on a related note, how well put together are these VSF super clones? Has anyone experienced elements of the watch falling apart? For example like the applied indices falling off or things broke or fall apart prematurely?
Thank you for your time.
